Akwa Ibom: Police Commissioner Azare donates food items to Uyo motherless home

The Akwa Ibom state Commissioner of Police, CP Baba Mohammed Azare, has donated food items to the Divine Children Home, Atan Offot in Uyo.

A statement by the command’s spokesman, DSP Timfon John, Wednesday in Uyo, said the gesture was meant to support the well-being of the children.
The statement also noted that the donation underscores the Police command’s commitment to fostering positive relationships within the community and extending care to its most vulnerable members.

The statement reads: “Demonstrating their commitment beyond law enforcement, the command presented a generous donation of food items to support the well-being of the children residing at the home.

“This gesture underscores the Police command’s dedication to fostering positive relationships within the community and extending care to its most vulnerable members.

“Upon receiving the donations, the caretaker of the Divine Children Home, Miss Emenebong Okokon, expressed profound gratitude to the Commissioner of Police and the entire Akwa Ibom state Police command for their kindness and generosity,” the statement reads.
