Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has expressed confidence that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will successfully complete his second term in office.
Governor Eno, a member of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), made the bold statement on Tuesday, April 15, during the flag-off ceremony of the Akwa Ibom segment of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway project.
While speaking at the event, Governor Eno emphasized the need for unity and continuity in governance, stating that the president deserves the opportunity to serve out his constitutionally allowed two terms of four years each.
His remark is seen by many as a rare show of bipartisan support in Nigeria’s often polarized political climate.
