Scripture Reference: Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.”
In our today’s scripture, we see Jesus demonstrating the power of God by healing a woman who had been bound for eighteen years. However, instead of rejoicing, the ruler of the synagogue and other adversaries were displeased. Jesus responded with wisdom and authority, exposing their hypocrisy, and as a result, all His adversaries were put to shame.
This message reminds us that when God fights for us, our enemies will be confounded, and their evil plans will fail.
Many times, there are visible and invisible adversaries working against our progress. Some may openly oppose us, while others hide in the shadows, speaking and plotting in secret. Just as Jesus’ enemies were ashamed, so will those who rise against you be put to shame.
Job 5:12, “He disappointeth the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise.”
No matter how many people conspire against you, their gathering will not prosper. God’s power will scatter their plans.
Isaiah 8:10 – “Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.”
When God is for you, no one can successfully stand against you. Even when they rise to accuse or attack, God will fight for you and turn the situation around for your good.

Beloved, some enemies operate in secret, hoping to see you fail. But God will not only expose them, He will put them to shame publicly. The same way Jesus exposed the hypocrisy of the religious leaders, God will expose and disgrace your adversaries.
Proverbs 26:27 – “Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him.”
As believers, we must trust that God will always defend His own. Just as Jesus silenced His adversaries, He will silence those who rise against us. Keep your faith in God, and He will shame your haters and lift you above their wicked schemes
Declare this for yourself:
“My adversaries will be put to shame, and their evil plans will fail, in Jesus’ name!”
