Hon. Unyime Idem has been named the Best House of Representatives Member in Nigeria at the prestigious Niger Delta Advancement Awards (NDAA). The award ceremony, organized by Juvenis Mag/TV, recognized Idem’s outstanding contributions to legislative affairs and community development.
Emerging as the winner from a competitive pool of 15 nominees across the country, Idem secured the top spot based on votes cast by the public, using well-defined criteria. According to Oxford Okpalefe, the President and Founder of NDAA, the assessment focused on key performance indicators such as the number and impact of motions presented, life-transforming projects, empowerment of constituents, and other legislative engagements.
Represented at the awards night by his Special Assistant on Protocol, Nsenam George, Idem expressed gratitude to the organizers for acknowledging his contributions.
