The General Overseer of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries, Pastor Lazarus Muoka, has commended Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, for what he described as the remarkable transformation and developmental strides recorded across the state under his administration.
Pastor Muoka made the commendation during a courtesy visit to Governor Eno at Government House, Uyo, where he expressed satisfaction with the visible changes in the state and acknowledged the governor’s contributions to its development.
The renowned cleric explained that the visit was to pay homage to the governor and formally extend an invitation to him to attend the church’s two-day crusade scheduled for Saturday, October 31, and Sunday, November 1, 2026.
Recalling his previous visits to Akwa Ibom State on three different occasions, Pastor Muoka said he was particularly delighted by the level of transformation he had observed over the years.
“We are grateful to God for the way He is using you mightily for the development of the State,” he stated.
The cleric also offered prayers for Governor Eno and the people of Akwa Ibom, asking God to continue to grant the state leadership the wisdom, grace and strength to sustain its development efforts.
Responding, Governor Eno expressed appreciation to Pastor Muoka and his delegation for the visit and for selecting Akwa Ibom State as the venue for the forthcoming evangelistic crusade.
The governor equally acknowledged the cleric’s commitment to the propagation of the Gospel, praying that God would continue to strengthen and use him in advancing the Christian faith in Nigeria and beyond.
Pastor Muoka was accompanied on the visit by his wife, Pastor Mary Muoka; the National Pastor, Pastor Azubuike Ogbonna; the Akwa Ibom State Pastor, Pastor Okechukwu Cyprian; Pastor Daniel Effiong and other church officials.
Also present to receive the delegation alongside the governor were the Deputy Governor, Senator Akon Eyakenyi; Secretary to the State Government, Prince Enobong Uwah; Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr. Aniefiok Johnson; members of the State Executive Council and other government officials.
