Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, on Sunday joined the family of the State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and Dean of the College of Commissioners, Hon. Frank Archibong, at a special thanksgiving and dedication service for his son, Master Emmanuel Frank Archibong.
The service was held at Insight Bible Church along Nsikak Eduok Avenue, Uyo, and drew a large congregation of worshippers, including top government officials, friends and well-wishers of the Archibong family.

The church auditorium was filled to capacity as the child was formally dedicated to God in a solemn service marked by prayers, worship and thanksgiving. Clerics and congregants reflected on the biblical significance of child dedication, with scriptures taken from Mark 10:14, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these” and Jeremiah 1:5, which speaks to divine purpose from birth.

Governor Eno’s presence added to the significance of the occasion, underscoring the cordial relationship within the state’s executive council and the administration’s emphasis on faith, family values and thanksgiving.

Insight Bible Church, pastored by Sylvanus Ukafia, witnessed what many described as one of the largest gatherings in its history, as worshippers joined the Archibong family in dedicating the child, whose names, Emmanuel and Ekeminiabasi, signify “God is with us” and “God’s time has come”, to the service of God and humanity.
