I write this with a heavy heart and a burdened spirit, compelled by a divine encounter I cannot keep to myself. Many may criticize this message, perhaps out of guilt or misunderstanding, but my conscience must be free, and the warning must be heard.
Recently, I received a revelation concerning the state of many churches today. After a season of sorrow and loss, particularly the mysterious death of a devoted 26-year-old brother in our church, an exemplary youth leader and choir member, I sought the Lord in tears and anguish. Before this, another sister, a committed choir mistress, was also lost. These tragic losses and the unresponsiveness of today’s prayers led me to cry out for understanding.
In response, the Lord spoke, and what He revealed shattered my heart.
God said: “My house has become a battleground. Shepherds I appointed to protect the sheep have become predators, devouring the very flock entrusted to them (Jeremiah 23:1-2). My altars are defiled with lies, divisions, and selfish ambition. Brothers turn against brothers, and leaders compete not to serve but to dominate.”
This aligns with James 3:16, “For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.”
“Pastors drag one another in courtrooms instead of seeking peace in prayer. Sacred things are being used for profane gains. The church is no longer a house of prayer but a place of strife and ambition (Mark 11:17).”
Then came the most chilling part of the revelation:
“Because of this, I no longer listen to their prayers as a body. Their unity is false. Their lips speak to Me, but their hearts are full of division, envy, hatred, and deceit (Isaiah 29:13, Matthew 15:8-9). I only hear the prayers of sincere individuals among them.”
God continued: “Their offerings, tithes, and sacrifices are now filthy before Me (Isaiah 1:13-15). I have chosen to call My faithful ones home, to spare them from corruption. That is why some are taken in what appears to be untimely death (Isaiah 57:1-2). I take them while they are still in right standing with Me.”
“Tell My people that judgment is near. Unless the church returns to Me in unity and repentance like in the days of old (Acts 2:1, 42-47), more will fall, and My glory will remain absent from their midst.”
“But if they return, I will forgive, heal their hearts, and restore their land (2 Chronicles 7:14). If not, I will deal with them according to their deeds (Revelation 2:5).”
These words struck me deeply. I awoke with tears, knowing that many would not believe or accept this message. But obedience to God’s voice demands that I speak. Whether through this platform or any other, I must declare:
“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches” (Revelation 2:7).
I beg you, share this message. Do not hinder it. The time is short, and the Lord’s warning is clear. He is “He that was, and is, and is to come” (Revelation 1:8). May we not be found wanting when He comes.
