First Lady of Nigeria Inaugurates ICT and Health Projects in Kwara State

The First Lady of Nigeria and National Chairman of the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, OON, has inaugurated several developmental projects during her official visit to Ilorin, the capital of Kwara State.

Accompanied by an esteemed entourage, which included Lady Helen Eno Obareki, the Coordinator of the Office of the First Lady of Akwa Ibom State, Senator Tinubu commissioned the ICT Community Centre, Intensive Care Unit, and the Dr. Amina Ndalolo IT Center, all located at the Kwara State University of Education. These projects, aimed at improving healthcare and digital education, were fully funded by the Renewed Hope Initiative, a platform championed by the First Lady to drive national development and empowerment.

In addition to the inaugurations, Senator Tinubu spearheaded the distribution of food support to vulnerable groups in the state under the RHI programme. This gesture reflects her commitment to addressing food insecurity and uplifting the less privileged in society.

The First Lady’s entourage featured prominent figures, including the wives of the Vice President, Senate President, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Chief of Staff, as well as First Ladies from various states, federal and state lawmakers, and top government officials.

The event highlights the First Lady’s dedication to fostering progress in education, healthcare, and social welfare across Nigeria.
