A powerful Christian evangelistic message warning humanity about eternal judgment, repentance and the need to live a life surrendered to Jesus Christ has been issued through the Street2Street Evangelism 2.0 Nigeria missionary campaign.
The message, anchored on Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 and Revelation 22:12-13, reminds believers that every human being will ultimately give an account of his or her life before God.
The evangelistic appeal stresses that earthly fame, wealth, titles, religious positions and good works cannot replace genuine faith and obedience to God. It urges people to examine their relationship with Jesus Christ and make a decision to live for Him before death.
At the centre of the message is a testimony attributed to a woman identified as Rebecca, who claimed that she died for nine minutes after being shot three times on March 25, 2007. According to the testimony, she experienced what she described as a spiritual journey in which she was shown scenes of heaven and hell before being revived in a hospital.
Rebecca said her childhood was deeply rooted in Christianity, as she was raised in a large family by parents who were involved in Christian ministry. However, she later rebelled against her upbringing, embracing what she described as a lifestyle of drinking, smoking, partying and pursuing fame.
According to the testimony, the shooting experience became a turning point in her life. She claimed that during the period when she was clinically dead, she encountered Jesus Christ, was confronted with the consequences of her choices and was warned to repent and dedicate her life to God.
The testimony further contains claims about unnamed celebrities whom Rebecca said she saw in hell. However, the identities and supernatural claims contained in the account have not been independently verified. They should therefore be understood as part of the evangelistic testimony rather than established factual accounts about the individuals allegedly mentioned.
The central message, however, is a call to repentance and spiritual preparedness. It emphasises the biblical teaching that human beings should not postpone their decision to seek God.
The campaign cites the words of Jesus Christ in Mark 16:15-16, where His disciples were instructed to go into the world and preach the Gospel. It also draws attention to Ephesians 6:12-17, which describes the Christian life as a spiritual battle requiring faith, truth, righteousness and the Word of God.
According to the organisers, Street2Street Evangelism previously carried the Gospel to bus stops and communities in Lagos, Uyo, Port Harcourt and Abuja, as well as Wukari in Taraba State, during a seven-month missionary outreach between July 2025 and February 2026.
The organisers say they have commenced another missionary journey to Nigeria and are inviting Christians and other interested persons to participate in the evangelistic effort.
The campaign also announces the debut of The Jesus Christ Solution Center and E-Congregation Assembly YouTube channels, through which the organisers intend to extend their evangelistic and Bible-teaching activities to a wider audience.
The organisers further invite members of the public to participate in weekday online Bible classes, saying the programme is aimed at helping new believers understand the Scriptures and grow in their Christian faith.
Ultimately, the message poses a question it says every person must answer: Where will you spend eternity after death?
It calls on people to turn away from sinful lifestyles, embrace Jesus Christ and live according to the teachings of the Bible, stressing that preparation for eternity should not be postponed.
As Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 declares: “Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind.”
