Udonsak made the appeal on Friday while delivering a goodwill message at the inauguration of the 12th International President of Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio,

Akparawa (Elder) Iniabasi Ekanem, and members of the new Executive Council in Uyo. He urged the governor to temper justice with mercy, noting that Udoito had apologised to the governor and that respected individuals and groups within and outside Ekid had also appealed on her behalf.
